FROSTPROOF, Fla. - Alice Grace Roth Neer, 90, of Frostproof, was carried by Angels into the arms of Her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 10, 2012.

She was born Sept. 28, 1921, in Van Wert County, Ohio, to the late Ethel (Stevens) Roth and Harry E. Roth. Her husband, Harold Neer, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children: Pat Fraker and Karla (Bob) Hoying, both of Middle Point, Ohio, and Shane (Cindy) Neer of Florida; grandchildren: Gregg (Mike McDonnell - life partner) Fraker, Kevin (Shelly) Fraker, Sabrina (Kent) Frey, Stephanie Neer, Jon Eric (Joy) Neer, Angela Neer, Katie Neer; 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Jack Fraker; brothers: Lee, Gerald and Charles; sisters: Florence Huebner, Irola Roth and Ethel Ireta Roth, and grandchild: Brett Fraker.

She worked 19 years as a secretary at Lincolnview High School and retired in 1983. She was a member at First United Methodist Church in Frostproof, a former member of Middle Point Presbyterian Church and taught Sunday School for many years and was a member of the Rebecca Lodge of Middle Point, Ohio.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, Ohio. The Rev. Mark Fuerstenau will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2012, at the funeral home.

Preferred memorial is Van Wert Pregnancy Life Center.
