Aaron Mosier

"Life was tough, but so was I", Aaron Matthew Mosier, 50, of Van Wert passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Mercy-St. Rita's in Lima, Ohio. He was born June 24, 1972, in Van Wert, to Susan K. (Ringwald) Mosier and David L. Mosier.

Aaron started working at 13, mowing lawns and working at the root beer stand in Van Wert, saving enough money to buy his first car. He then worked at the former Triangle Market, Shell Station, Eaton Corporation for 14 years, Rural King and Tenneco for the past 7 years, all of Van Wert.

Aaron loved NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Jr and Tony Stewart, and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Ringwald of Van Wert; his father; maternal grandmother, Juanita Ringwald; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Aaron was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and mentor, Ralph E. Ringwald, Sr; and his paternal grandparents, LJ Mosier and Nellie Edwards.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM, on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.

Visitation will be held 12:00-2:30 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
