Amanda J. Buzard, 33, of Van Wert, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in Van Wert.
She was born Nov. 27, 1983, in Van Wert, to Dina (Flynn) Andrews and Howard Eugene “Gene” Hubert. Her parents are deceased.
Survivors include children, Dylan Buzard of Venedocia, Ohio, and Lilian Hubert of Van Wert; sister, Amber Hubert of Fort Wayne, Indiana; stepmother, Tina Hubert of Van Wert; stepsisters, Karen, Lois and Robin Moulten, all of Van Wert; stepbrothers, Dale and Don Moulten, both of Van Wert; aunts, Donna (Paul) Bendele of Colorado and Tina (Oscar) Staver of Ohio, and uncles, Bob (Chris) Flynn and Sam (Chris) Flynn, both of Payne, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by an aunt, Jan Rahrig.
She was a former nurse’s aide at Aspire Home Health.
Service will be held at the convenience of the family. No visitation is planned.
Preferred memorial is the American Diabetes Association or the American Lung Association.
