Barbara Edwards

Barbara Edwards, 84 formerly of Cleveland and Rockford Ohio, died January 1, 2013 at approximately 7:00 a.m. at her residence in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born December 8, 1928, in Cleveland Ohio to Virgil and Ruth (King) Edwards who proceeded her in death. Also proceeding her in death was her infant brother Edward E. Thomas and her sister Aliceruth Kimmel. Barbara served in the U.S. Army , and was also a nun for ten years in Lima, Ohio. In the 1960's Barbara moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she taught at Larkspur Elementary. Barbara was also a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Phoenix. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery Rockford, Ohio.
