Beverly Evans

Beverly Evans, 86, of Van Wert, died at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born Feb. 2, 1931, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Geraldine (Wilson) Blue and Owen Q. Blue. Her parents are deceased.
She married Carl R. Evans on Jan. 15, 1949. He died May 6, 2015.
Survivors include her children, Sue A. (Gary) Miller of Celina, Ohio, Robert O. (Vicki Carey) Evans of Van Wert, David A. (Bonnie) Evans of Middle Point, Ohio, Deborah K. (Jim) Bette of Lexington, Kentucky, Randall S. (Corinne) Evans of Dublin, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, a sister, and two grandchildren.
She worked at the Lincolnview School cafeteria for many years. She liked the Cincinnati Reds, liked to camp and loved watching all of her grandchildren’s sporting events.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Middle Point.
