Bonnie Barna

Bonnie Barna, age 76, of rural Celina passed away at 10:30 pm on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford. She was born January 20, 1941 in Celina, OH to the late Ralph and Mildred Brehm. She was preceded in death by husbands Wayne Blankenbeckler and Robert Barna. Surviving are her sister Candy (Howie) Courtney; Son, Donald Crawford of Churubusco, IN; Grandchildren Kaelia, Jamie & Landon, Step children Robin (Susan) Barna, Ellen (Don) Stuckey of Auburn, IN and Roberta Jo Barna of Hollywood, CA; Step Grandchildren Nick and Jake Barna, Sarah Rose, Gretchen, Josh, Joe and Noah Stuckey and four great grandchildren. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Rockford. Over the years she was active in the choir, consistory, secretary and newsletter editor. A "Remember Bonnie Day" will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 3:30 PM. It will be held at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ at 1538 Oregon Rd, Rockford, OH. Friends and family are invited to attend. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
