Carolyn Heppeard

Carolyn June Heppeard 73, Rockford, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at her residence. She was born March 18, 1938, in Ohio City, Ohio, to Foster "Sam" and Georgia (Hoffman) Heppeard. Surviving are three nephews: Gary (Kathy) Pontsler, Willshire, Rick Pontsler, and Greg (Jami) Pontsler both of Rockford; one niece: Linda Pontsler, Celina. Deceased are two brothers: Bill and Roger Heppeard; and two sisters: Veda Heppeard and Vivian Pontsler. She was a graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School. She worked at Borden Cheese factory in Van Wert for many years. There will be no visitation or services.
