VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Christopher G. Pollock, 56, of Van Wert, died Monday morning, July 6, 2015, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 26, 1958, in Van Wert, to the late Bonnie Lou (Smith) Pollock and Rolland G. "Red" Pollock.
Survivors include brother: Michael A. (Kimberly) Pollock of Perrysburg, Ohio; sisters: Cynthia (David) Streicher of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and Loretta (Greg) Wahmhoff of Van Wert.
He was currently a custodian at Van Wert High School and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Van Wert. He was an instructor with the Van Wert YMCA and loved to long distance cycle.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Pastor Gary Ginter will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio. Visitation is 2-7 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Van Wert YMCA.
