Dawn D. Pratt, 46, of Van Wert, died at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert. She was born July 13, 1970, in Decatur, Indiana, to Betty (Howard) Jackson and Harry Jackson. Her parents preceded her in death.
Her husband, Dan L. Pratt, survives in Van Wert. They were married July 25, 1996.
Other survivors include children, Jason Dale Pratt and Courtney Danielle Pratt, both of Van Wert; stepchildren, Kyle (Selena) Agler of Decatur, Indiana, and Travis Coombs of Van Wert; brothers, Harry (Bobbi) Jackson, Jr. and Jim Jackson, both of Bridgeport, Ohio, Rick (Brenda) Jackson of Decatur, Terry (Susie) Jackson of Ohio City, Ohio, and Dave Jackson of Van Wert; two grandchildren, Kambrea Pratt and Kayleigh Pratt, and three stepgrandchildren, Aymee Coombs, Jaidan Agler, and Kaidan Agler.
She worked at Sav-A-Lot Foods in Van Wert and had formerly worked at Pick-N-Save Grocery in Van Wert for many years. She formerly attended First Friends Church in Van Wert.
Services will be held at a later date.
Preferred memorial is Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
