Debora Thatcher

Debora A. Thatcher, 61, of Van Wert, died at 7:57 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice. She was born Dec. 25, 1954, in Lima, Ohio, to Elizabeth (Carder) Wolford, who survives of Van Wert, and Duane Wolford, who survives of Van Wert.
Her husband, Ben Thatcher, who also survives of Van Wert.
Other survivors include a daughter, Holli (Tony) Hauter of Van Wert, a brother, Steve Wolford of Michigan, and grandchildren, Anthony (fiancAC.: Kala East) Hauter, Kiley Wortman, and Katie Hauter.
She currently worked at Van Wert Wal-Mart for the last five years. She had previously worked at the former Teleflex Corporation in Van Wert for 25 years. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Van Wert.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday July 25, 2016, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Scott Campbell will officiate. Visitation is 2-6 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2016, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
