Debra Kay Wagner, 55, of Van Wert, died Thursday morning, Sept. 13, 2012, at her residence.
She was born April 29, 1957, in Van Wert, to Lillie (Baker) Hunter, who survives of Van Wert, and the late James Hunter.
Her husband, Richard L. Wagner, survives of Van Wert. They were married Dec. 4, 1999.
Other survivors include her children: Dee (Randy) Grandstaff of Convoy, Ohio, and Leslie Bladen of Van Wert; stepdaughters: Jenny Maggard and Jessica Jackson, both of Michigan; a brother: Mark Hunter of North Carolina; sisters: Sherri Hunter of Minnesota, Karen (Craig) Callow of Wren, Ohio, Lori (Jim) Cartledge of North Carolina, Theresa (Ray) Scalf of Bowling Green, Ohio, and Janice Hunter of Van Wert, and her grandchildren: Mycah and Dylan Grandstaff, Dayton Schuerman, Lillia and Haillie Bladen, Connor Jackson, Collin and Caden Maggard.
She was preceded in death by a brother: James Gregory Hunter.
She currently worked at Grief Brothers in Van Wert, with over 26 years of service. She was a member of the Van Wert Moose.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert. The Rev. Jim Burns will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery, Haviland, Ohio. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16 at the funeral home.
