Della Rae Ringwald, 96, of Van Wert, died at 9:55 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at Roselawn Manor, Spencerville, Ohio.
She was born May 17, 1919, in Middle Point, Ohio, to the late Maude (Neer) Armstrong and Thomas Armstrong.
Her husband, William H. Ringwald, died in 2011.
Survivors include children, William (Marilyn) Ringwald, III of Spencerville, Edward Ringwald of Van Wert, and Michael (Dottie) Ringwald of Spencerville, Ohio, six grandchildren, Dr. Ronald (Lori) Ringwald, Lisa Ringwald, Lance (Judy) Ringwald, Brian (Tammi) Ringwald, Holly Ringwald, and Michael Ringwald, and 10 great-grandchildren, Bryce, Mackenzie, Carter, Thad, Zach, Cora, Rachel, Andy, Mariah, and Jaiden Ringwald.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Lois Ann Ringwald, two brothers, Claude and Maurice Armstrong, and three sisters, Christine Strawser, Wilma Townsend, and Nellie Fae Bowden.
She was a homemaker and retired in 1982 from Federal Mogul, Van Wert. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Middle Point. She spent 22 years in Ft. Meade, Florida, with her husband, William, after retirement.
Private family graveside services will be held at a later date at King Cemetery, Middle Point.
Preferred memorial is Trinity Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
