Dorothy Zabicki

Dorothy Mae Zabicki, 90, of Van Wert passed away at 9:58 AM on November 03, 2020 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice. She was born on December 05, 1929, in Ohio City, to the late Paul G. and Marceal (Stetler) Crow.

Dorothy retired from Aeroquip (Eaton) after 24 years of service. She loved to quilt, sew and work in her yard. She adored her children and grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life.

She is survived by her children: Marc A. (Dawn) Zabicki of Presto, PA; Stephanie A. Zabicki and Angela (Tony) Martinez of Van Wert; brothers: Kenneth (Pat) Crow of Stuart, FL; Richard Crow of Ft. Wayne, IN; sister, Betty Cole of Bluffton, OH; grandchildren: Korbin S. Carr, Chapman A. Tierney, Jackson & Josephine Martinez; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Crow
and sister, Eilene Wheeler.

A memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Stuart Wyatt, officiating. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery and will be private.
