Floyd Ross

Floyd L. Ross, 57, of Van Wert, went home to be with the Lord at 8:55 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born Nov. 10, 1954, in Paulding, Ohio, to the late Mary (Ditto) Ziegler and Harold Ross.
His wife, Lynnette (Craig) Ross, survives of Van Wert. They were married Aug. 1, 1980.
He worked at Alexander & Bebout, Van Wert, for over 31 years. He was a social member at the Van Wert V.F.W. post.
Other survivors include his children: Amber (Ryan Miller) Smith and Jason (Kristy) Ross, both of Van Wert; a brother: Frank (Carol) Ross of Haviland, Ohio; sisters: Judy (Charlie) Aultman of Florida, Joyce Ross of Florida, Janet (Lee) Lepper of New Haven, Ind., JoAnn (Brady) Stainback of Florida and Jill (Louie) Strauss of New York, and grandchildren: Madison, Conner, Braylon, Kayson and Kamdon.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 29 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Keith Stoller will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 28 at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is to the family.
