Frances Imler

SCOTT, Ohio a�" Frances A. Imler, 93, of Scott, died at 4 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
She was born Jan. 14, 1922, in Haviland, Ohio, to the late Ona F. (Bell) Evans and William Evans.
Her husband, Kermit Imler, is deceased.
Survivors include children, Kermit (Lan) Imler of Marysville, Ohio, and Kevin Imler of Celina, Ohio, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Keith Imler, and two sisters.
She taught elementary school at Wayne Trace, Crestview and Lincolnview Schools.
She attended First Methodist Church, Van Wert, was a member of Van Wert Retired Teachers Association and the Farm Bureau, and enjoyed reading, playing Euchre, bowling and playing the piano.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
No visitation is planned.
Preferred memorial is the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
