Hazel Roberts

Hazel J. Roberts, 79, of Van Wert, died at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.
She was born June 11, 1936, in Mark Center, the daughter of John and Della V. (Cotterman) Kline Sr. who both preceded her in death. On December 12, 1953, she married the Rev. Lloyd Roberts, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Diane Kupper, Randy (Sallie) Roberts, Timothy (Michelle) Roberts and Shelby Roberts, all of Van Wert; three brothers, Edward Kline of Alliance, Thomas Kline and Ronald Kline, both of Van Wert; three sisters, Shirley Trammell of Paulding, Deloris (Larry) Cotterman of Van Wert and Margaret Agler of Florida; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 19, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with Pastor Ken Bell. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 18, at the funeral home.
