VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Helen Richardson, 90, of Van Wert, died at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Vancrest of Convoy, Convoy, Ohio.
She was born June 11, 1925, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to the late Elizabeth (Nagy) Luliak and John Luliak.
Her husband, George F. Richardson, preceded her in death.
Survivors include children, Tina (Thomas) Miller of Van Wert, and Michael W. Richardson of West Lafayette, Indiana; brother, John (Andrea) Luliak of Oklahoma; grandchildren, April (Alex) Koukis, Geoffrey, Ashley and Joshua Miller, and great-grandchildren: Knox and Reeves Koukis.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Anna Hook and Mary Wirick.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Van Wert.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Van Wert. Father Stan Szybka will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. A rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is the Alzheimer's Association.
