ZANESVILLE, Ohio a�" Ida Mae (Anderson) Couch passed away June 7, 2015, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville, where she had lived for the past three years.
She was born June 12, 1922, in Malheur Co., Oregon, to Floyd J. and Goldeth (Johnston) Anderson and had one brother, Floyd J. Anderson, who preceded her in death.
On April 2, 1942, she married D. Curtis Couch, Jr., who passed away in May, 2002.
She was involved as a partner in family businesses in Bryan, Ohio, and Van Wert, Ohio, was a member of The First Presbyterian Church, Van Wert, where she had been past president of the Board of Deconess, sang in choir and taught in Sunday School. She was a member of Van Wert Woman's Club and past president, member of the Chautauqua and past president four times, member of Bryan Chapter D.E.S. and life associate member of The 1st Armored Div. Assn.
Survivors include three sons, Ronald C. (Traci) Couch of Zanesville, James E. (Margie) Couch of Lancaster, Ohio, and Eric A. (Diane) Couch of Bronson, Michigan; seven grandchildren, Christina (Robert) Kovar, Tammy (Lee) Sidle, Jennifer Couch, David Couch, Katie Couch, Alisha Monroe, and Matthew (Stacie) Couch, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held June 13, 2015.
