VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Janell Miller, 77, of Van Wert, died at 10:49 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
She was born July 3, 1937, in Mercer County, Ohio, to the late Frances (Crider) Swygart and Emery Swygart.
Her husband, Stanley E. Miller, survives in Van Wert.
Other survivors include children: Tom (Nancy) Miller of Forest, Ohio, and Beth (Dale) Warnecke of Findlay, Ohio; brother: George (Linda) Swygart of Mendon, Ohio; sister: Jane (Bob) Harter of Van Wert, and grandchildren: Jack Warnecke, Alexa Warnecke, Michelle Miller, and David Miller.
She was a homemaker and retired from Van Wert City Schools. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Van Wert.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Van Wert. The Rev. Scott Campbell will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the church.
Preferred memorial is Trinity United Methodist Church or Gideons International.
