Jerry Stanley

Jerry Wayne Stanley, 69, of Rockford, Ohio, died suddenly on March 23, in Ringgold, Georgia. He was born March 29, 1943, in Napa, California, the son of Clyde Wesley and Lillian Agatha (Collins) Stanley. On November 16, 1963, he married Loretta J. Bauer, and she survives in Rockford. He had lived here the past 40 years and had retired from driving truck. He was a Vietnam veteran in the United States Marine Corps and attended church at Praise Point Church in Willshire, Ohio. Surviving in addition to his wife, Loretta, are two sons: Tim (Hope) Stanley of Rockford, Ohio, and Anthony (Becky) Stanley of Dalton, Georgia. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Shaun and Alyssa Stanley. Graveside services for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery, in Rockford, with Pastor Brad Knettle officiating. There is no prior visitation.
