Josephine Defevers
July 25, 1928 — October 30, 2015
Josephine "Jo" Defevers of Van Wert went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 5:37 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center surrounded by her family and a friend.
She is survived by her children, Frances Joy Cline and Don Defevers, both of Van Wert. Other survivors are three grandchildren: Brent Cline, Patricia Cline and Zachery Defevers; four great-grandchildren: Britney, Angel, Jacob and Tina Cline; three sisters, and one brother.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at Grace Bible Church, Van Wert, with the Rev. Lance Hostetler officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Thursday at the church. Burial will take place at a later date.
Preferred memorials may be directed to the family, Grace Bible Church, Van Wert Inpatient Hospice or to the donor's choice.
