Joyce Clay

Joyce Anne Clay, 71, of Van Wert, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was born on May 21, 1952 to Ralph E. and Judith A. (Blue) Mosier.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Randall Kent Clay; and a sister, Debbra Marie Mosier.

Joyce is survived by two sons, Shawn Clay and Kevin Clay; grandchildren, Lee, Dennis, Olivia, Spencer, Jaida, Lincoln and Penelope; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Kendall of Ft Wayne and Connie (Scott) Stover of Grove City, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce retired in 2011, after 38 years of service, from Federal Mogul/National Seal in Van Wert.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, puzzles, reading, watching football and cooking. She will be remembered for her delicious pumpkin roll recipe!

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 PM on Friday, December 1, 2023 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
