Judy Welch

Judy Ann Welch, 59, of Celina, passed away of natural causes at 11:25 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. She was born on May 16, 1954 to Elvie L. and Mozell (Davis) Isbell in Chicago, Illinois. Judy lived most of her life in Rockford, Ohio and graduated from Parkway High School. She then became a homemaker. Surviving are two sons: Jeremy and Michael Welch. Also surviving are brothers Tom and Don Isbell; and sisters Joyce Winget, Diane (Rodney) Rhoderheffer, Shirley (Dan) Steiner and Sharlene (Bret) Jones. Four brothers: Bob, Gene, Billy Joe and Robert Isbell preceded her in death. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to the expenses incurred with her death.
