Julian Cramer

Julian M. "Mike" Cramer, 74, of Van Wert, died at 10:59 a.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2017, at Van Wert County Hospital. He was born Dec. 23, 1942, in Decatur, Indiana, to Cecelia G. (Stark) Cramer and George "Spike" Cramer. His parents are deceased.
His wife, Carol D. Cramer, is deceased. They were married July 15, 1962.
Survivors include children, Mike (April) Cramer of Decatur, Illinois, Patti S. (Tracey) Rodman of Van Wert, Steven L. (Patti) Cramer of Convoy, Ohio; sister, Sondra Boring of Willshire, Ohio; grandchildren, Gregory Cramer, Jennifer Cramer and Kristen Cramer, and great-grandchild, Alexis Cramer and one on the way.
He was the owner of Mike's garage in Convoy from 1972 - 1988 and was a supervisor at Cramer's Mower & Small Engine Shop since 2004. He was a member of the 1961 class of Adams Central in Monroe, Indiana, and went on to attend mechanics school in Chicago.
Service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Scott Campbell will officiate.
