Klarisa A. Mendoza, 26, Van Wert, Ohio died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013 at 6:02 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
She was born Sept. 25, 1987 of Van Wert, Ohio to Simon C. Mendoza and Rosie (Gonzalez) Waltz, who both survive in Van Wert.
She is also survived by her maternal grandparents: Heriberto and Lupe Gonzalez, Van Wert, Ohio; and children: Aveanna Schaadt and Keston Mendoza, Van Wert, Ohio, and Drayden Fuller, Cape Coral, Florida; a brother: David Mendoza, Van Wert, Ohio; a sister: Esperansa Mendoza, Van Wert, Ohio; one nephew and two nieces.
Services will be held Friday, Dec. 27 at 10:30 a.m. at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert. Rev. Paul Miller will officiate. Friends may call Thursday, Dec. 26 from 3-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
