Larry Agler

Larry J. Agler of Van Wert died at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014, at his residence.
He was born March 9, 1945, in Van Wert, the son of the late Bruce and Esther "Dottie" (Waldron) Agler. On September 23, 1965, in Middle Point, he married Bonnie (Miller) Agler, who survives in Van Wert.
Other survivors include three children, Larry "Jay" (Julia) Agler, Vicky (Craig) Kiracofe and Amy (Chad) Adams, all of Van Wert; two brothers, Dan Agler of Convoy and Steve Agler of Lima; a sister, Connie Barnes of Van Wert; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and a stepgreat-grandson.
A granddaughter, Abigail Gardner, also preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 19, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Steve Savage officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Calling hours are from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, and an hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.
