VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Locke Everson Maxey of Van Wert, died at 5:58 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at home.
Locke was born Sept. 11, 2014, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to Joshua and Shannon (Haas) Maxey who survive of Van Wert.
Other survivors include maternal grandparents: Angela and Trent Harting of Ohio City, Ohio, and Ray and Kim Haas of Van Wert; paternal grandparents: Jim and Lori Maxey of Greenville, South Carolina; sister: Adelynn Maxey who survives at home, and uncles and aunts: Brandy Haas, Josh Haas, Jacob Maxey, and J.C. Maxey.
A celebration of Locke's life will be held from 1 - 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 at Wassenberg Art Center in Van Wert.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Love For Locke, an account has been established at Citizen's National Bank, Van Wert.
