Marilyn K. (Kraner) Clifton, 93, of Ohio City, died on Friday, December 8, 2023, at Woodcrest Nursing Home, Decatur, Indiana.

She was born on October 5, 1930, to Gerald and Frances (Scott) Kraner. She married Harold G. Clifton.

Marilyn retired from Aeroquip Corporation, in Van Wert, after many years of service.

She is survived by 4 children, Cathy Elzey of Decatur, Rebecca (Dan) Pierce of Decatur, Lance (Melanie) Clifton of Ohio City and Gary (Lisa) Clifton of Ohio City; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Max (Barbara) Kraner of Van Wert and Ron Kraner of Jacksonville, Florida; and a sister, Norma Kruckeberg of Decatur.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Frances; her husband, Harold; a daughter, Deborah Hankins; a great grandson, Nick Becerra; a sister, Betty Swoveland; and 8 brothers, Billy, Homer, Jackie, Keith, Richard, Thomas and Donald Kraner and Franklin Staude.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
