SANDUSKY, Ohio - Marvin Lee Miller, 52, of Sandusky, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 18, 1959, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Margaret (Stutz) Miller and Earl Miller.
His fiance, Cindy Plott, survives in Sandusky.
Other survivors include his brothers: Bill (Karen) Miller of Cape Coral, Fla., Jim (Cindy) Miller and Gary (Deborah) Miller, both of Van Wert; his twin sister: Marcia (Brian) Pancake of Van Wert, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Michael Miller, and a sister, Pat Mason.
He was a 1979 graduate of Van Wert High School. For the past 29 years, Marvin lived in Sandusky. He worked at Century Die in Fremont, Ohio. He was a tool and die maker and maintenance engineer for various companies in Erie and Sandusky counties. His hobbies were flying model aircrafts, music recording and live sound reinforcement. He also enjoyed spending time with his fur friend of thirteen years, Tia.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Dave Ray will officiate. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, at the funeral home. There will be a celebration of Marvin's life on Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 2-4 p.m. at 307 W. Water St., Sandusky, for all family and friends that would like to attend.
