Mary Anna Rodriguez, 69, of Celina, Ohio, formerly of New Bremen, died at 12:00 noon, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Celina Manor, where she had been a patient for two days. She was born December 12, 1941, in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of James Lewis and Mabel Margaret (Bird) Holdshoe. On December 8, 1984, she married Adolf Garza Rodriguez, who preceded in death on April 29, 2003. She was a homemaker and also had worked at Master Maintenance in Minster, Ohio. Surviving are 3 sons: James William Emmins, Celina, Ohio; William Robert Emmins, Coldwater, Ohio, and Paul Douglas Emmins, of Celina, Ohio; one stepdaughter, Pamela (Robert) Cochran of Findlay, Ohio; two stepsons, Christopher (Kathleen) Rodriguez of Columbus, Ohio and Ryan Rodriguez of Cleveland, Ohio. One brother, Lewis Lee (Doris) Holdshoe of New York, along with two sisters, Margaret Kiehl of Maine, and Karen Helene (David) White, of East Liverpool, Ohio, also survive. There are three grandsons and one granddaughter who also survive. Mary had lived in Rockford for 10 years, and then New Bremen for 16 years before moving to Celina.. Graveside services for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 10:00 am at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, with Pastor Robert Cochran officiating. Burial will immediately follow the services at Riverside Cemetery. There will be no viewing. Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford is in charge of services.
