Norma Adams

NEW HAVEN, Ind. - Norma Jane Adams, 85, of New Haven, formerly of Van Wert County, Ohio, went to walk with Jesus at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Parkview Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Ind.
She was born Jan. 20, 1927, to the late Dessie (Rayle) Theobald and Wilfred Theobald. On Aug. 26, 1950, she married L. Ned Adams. He preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 2009.
Survivors include children: Debra (Rick) Beard, Joyce (Larry) McCauley and John W. Adams; brothers: John (Rita) Theobald, Paul (Ninvah) Theobald and George (Barb) Theobald; sisters: Ruth LaRue, Chloris (Corky) Hammons and Naomi Theobald; grandchildren: Toby, Jayme, Tonette, Kari, Wesley, and great-grandchildren: Morgan, Milee, Tyler, Reyna, Ashley, Brittany, Aiden, Maddax, Jaelen, Rylen, Braxten, Kennedy, Reese.
She was preceded in death by a son: Jack Alan Adams who died on May 8, 1980.
She attended Trinity Friends Church, Van Wert, Ohio, and New Haven United Methodist Church, New Haven, Ind.
Private family services are planned. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
