VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Patsy Rosemary Sites, 80, of Van Wert, passed away at 12:02 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2014, at her home.
She was born May 9, 1934, in Decatur, Ind., to the late Hazel (Cook) Johnson and Adam Johnson.
Her husband, Omar Sites, Jr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children: Danny Sites and Omar Sites, III, both of Van Wert, and Patricia (Steve) Stevens of Decatur, Indiana, a brother: June (Jean) Johnson of Colorado; a sister: Kate German of Van Wert; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Susan Sites, and a brother: Bill Johnson.
She was a homemaker. Patsy loved to spend time with her family, reading, playing bingo and fishing.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Neil Hammons will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is to the family.
