Pauline A. (Poling) Eddy, 94, of Convoy, OH went to be with her Lord February 18, 2020 following an extended illness. She was born on May 29, 1925 near Convoy, Ohio where she resided most of her life.
Pauline graduated from Convoy High School and attended Findlay College for two years.
She was a farm wife, homemaker, piano teacher, and church organist.
She was a member of Sugar Ridge Church of God in Convoy. Pauline enjoyed gardening and participating in The Convoy Research Club, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Pauline is survived by her loving son, Brian (Mellanie) Eddy of Anderson, IN; grandchildren, Lauren (Brian) Stalter, Daniel (Renee) Eddy, Andrea (Tommy) Jackson, and Kayla Eddy; and 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Shirley Poling of Franklin, TN, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Harold D. Eddy; parents, Noah and Bessie (Clayton) Poling; and seven siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, 722 S. Washington St., Van Wert, OH 45891.
Services will be Saturday, February 22, 2020, 2:30 pm at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in the I.O.O.F Cemetery, Convoy, OH.
