Pauline Etzler

VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Pauline Muriel Etzler, 86, of Van Wert, died at 10:54 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born Oct. 2, 1928, in rural Convoy, Ohio, to the late Muriel E. (Scaer) Etzler and Herman Etzler.
Survivors include a sister: Donna Mae Etzler of Van Wert and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Marvin C. Etzler and sisters: Margaret Bieberich and Dorothy Korte.
She worked as a secretary at Van Wert Manufacturing and Borden Cheese, both of Van Wert, and then performed office work at Auto Owners Insurance in Lima, Ohio, for 36 years. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Convoy and TWIG I. She bowled for many years in the Majorette League in Van Wert and served for many years on the hospitality committee at the church.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Convoy. The Rev. Michael Saylor will officiate. Burial will be in Redeemer Cemetery, Convoy.
Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, at the church.
Preferred memorial is The Lutheran Hour of Worship or Redeemer Lutheran Church.
