Ramona Mae (Landrum) Bostick, 85, of Convoy, passed away with her family at her side at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center of Van Wert.
She was born Nov. 8, 1931, in Haviland, Ohio, the daughter of Orville Landrum and Ruth (Powell) Foley, who both preceded her in death. On July 14, 1950, Ramona married George E. Bostick, who survives of Convoy.
Ramona is also survived by her sons, Chris (Neva) Bostick of Washington and Mike (Eileen) Bostick and Chuck (Jennifer) Bostick, both of Alaska; her daughter, Cindy (Marc) Grubaugh of Convoy; eight grandchildren: Tonya, Ricky, Chad, Whitney, Jaquelyn, George, Everett and Kameron; eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Patricia (Charles) Putman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and her brother, Gary (Nancy) Foley of Lima, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Nickerson, and her stepfather, Frederick Foley.
Ramona was a beloved member of the community where she was involved in the Red Hatters and the American Legion Auxiliary.
A combined memorial service for Ramona and her husband, George will be held at a later date.
Preferred memorial is CHP Inpatient Hospice Center of Van Wert, Ohio.
