Regena Pruden

Regena L. Pruden, 65, died the afternoon of Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at her residence in Van Wert. Surviving are her husband Ronald Pruden, Van Wert, sons Paul Pruden,Van Wert, and Vance (Debby) Pruden of Ft. Wayne, IN, daughters Vivian (Brian) Freeth, Avon, IN and Ronda (Brian) Niemeyer of Ottoville, OH, and 10 grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother Michael Martin of Delphos, OH, and one sister Lex (Robert) Martin of Delphos, OH. Mrs. Pruden was preceded in death by one brother David Martin, one sister Diane Martin and two grandchildren. She was a member of the Van Wert American Legion Ladies Aux. and a Life Member of the Van Wert VFW Ladies Aux. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Pastor Paul Hamrick will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials may be made to Community Health Professionals - Visiting Nurses, Van Wert.
