Robert Winters

GROVER HILL, Ohio — Robert C. Winters, 76, of Grover Hill, formerly of Hackettstown, New Jersey, died Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 17, 1939, in Clifton, New Jersey, to the late Pauline (Laux) Winters and Albert Andrew Winters. His wife, KarenAnn (Murray) Winters, survives of Grover Hill. They were married May 21, 1966.
Other survivors include children, Sherryl (Howard) Proctor of Haviland, Ohio, Kelly (Andreas) Dube of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, and Bonnie Winters of Sparta, New Jersey; a brother-in-law, Robert (JoAnne) Murray of Reeder, Pennsylvania; sisters, Eleanor (Harry) Fodor of Bath, Pennsylvania, and Carol (Leonard) deGroot of Bordentown, New Jersey, and grandchildren, Matthew and Zachary Proctor, Carissa, Kailee, and Colton Dube, and Kira and Emily Constantine.
He was a retired installation supervisor with Lucent Technologies after 30 years of service.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of Payne American Legion.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, Ohio. The Rev. Eileen Kochensparger will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery, Haviland.
Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Ronald McDonald House of Central Pennsylvania.
