Ruby Agler

VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Ruby M. Agler, 95, of Van Wert, died at 11:45 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016, at Hearth & Home of Van Wert. She was born May 26, 1920, in Union City, Indiana, to Eva (Barger) Lotz and William Henry Lotz who preceded her in death. Her husband, Donald V. Agler, died Feb. 19, 1993. They were married Jan. 23, 1943.
Survivors include her children, David M. (Marilyn) Agler and Leanna J. (Dean) Bell, both of Van Wert, Ohio, seven grandchildren, Cayle (Dawn) Agler, Ryan Agler, Tiffany (Eric) Eggert, Todd (Tanya) Bell, Heather Klausing, Meghan Bell, and Brock Bell, and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Derek Bell, and two brothers, Lester Lotz and Glenn Lotz.
She retired from Montgomery-Wards in Van Wert. She had also worked at the former Western Auto, Van Wert. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Van Wert.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery Van Wert.
