CONVOY - Scott D. Brown, 48, of rural Convoy, Ohio, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011.
He was born on August 26, 1963 in Decatur, IN to Marvin D. (deceased) and Rosemary M. (Coyne) Brown who survives. Also surviving are the children's mothers; Paula I. Brown of Delphos, OH and Leslie S. Shindeldecker of Rockford, OH.
Brown is survived by his children, Ashley N. (Brad Agner) Brown, Delphos, Travis S. Brown, Delphos, Bronson J. Brown, Rockford, OH, and Chandler D. Brown, Rockford, OH; four brothers, David L. (Tracy Perry) Brown, Convoy, Kevin L. Brown, Convoy, Mark L. (Lyn) Brown, Convoy, Brent D. (Erica) Brown, Convoy; two sisters, Darlene A. (Tom) Anderson, Convoy, Diana S. (Ted) Anderson, Convoy; and three grandchildren, Karder Agner, Kailee Agner, and Kahner Agner.
He was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Marvene L. Brown.
Brown was a truck driver for almost 30 years and was currently driving for the Nash Finch Co. in Lima.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 26 at Gearhart, Mack & Jurczyk Funeral Home in Convoy, Ohio, with Rev. Greg Leigh officiating. A burial will follow at Convoy IOOF Cemetery in Convoy.
Visitation will take place from 2-8 p.m. Friday, November 25, at the funeral home.
