SHARON L. ASHBAUGH, 76, of New Haven, passed away Sunday morning, July 6, 2014 at her residence. She was born Oct. 30, 1937 in Pauld-ing, Ohio, a daughter of the late Robert and Alyce (Smith) Miller.
She retired as an RN working in Angola, New Haven and also in Fayetteville, N.C. Surviving are her children, John (Julie) Ashbaugh of Fort Wayne and Alan (Susanna) Ashbaugh of Monroe, Ohio; brothers, Larry (Estelle) Miller of Fort Wayne; James (Peggy) Miller of Murrell's Inlet, S.C., Robert (Heather) Miller of Paulding, Ohio, Phillip Miller of Gilbert, Ariz., and Gerry (Kris) Miller of Defiance, Ohio; sisters, Rochelle (Russell) Reinhart of Antwerp, Ohio, Wendy (Denny) Lengacher of Paulding, Ohio, Diane Sinn of New Haven; grandchildren, Hannah, Carly and Lily Ashbaugh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David J. Ashbaugh on Dec. 27, 2003.
Funeral service is noon Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, 722 S. Washington St., Van Wert, Ohio, with calling two hours prior. Burial at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, Ohio. Memorials to donor's choice.
