Shirley Krugh

Shirley A. Krugh, 80, of Rockford, Ohio passed away peacefully at 12:06 am on November 16, 2024. Shirley was a resident at Tranquility of Rockford. She was born August 17th, 1944 in Decatur, Indiana. Born the daughter of William and Pearl Roberts.

Shirley married Larry L Worden on July 21, 1961, who preceded her in death on March 30, 1969.

Shirley was remarried on March 18, 1978 to Dennis D. Krugh, who preceded her in death on January 31, 2019.

Shirley was employed at the former Good Year plant in St. Mary's, Ohio, and at Teleflex in Van Wert, Ohio. She retired from Teleflex after 24 years.

Shirley was a beloved friend and mother who loved her pets.

Surviving are 6 children, Larry (Timer) and Robin Worden of Rockford, Toni (Sis) and John Campbell of Ft. Laramie, OH, Donald (Donnie) and Karen Worden of Charleston, South Carolina, Mike (Mikey) and Laura Green of Van Wert, Daniel (Fub) Green of Willshire, OH, and Joel (JD) Krugh of Ohio City, OH. Shirley is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sister Alice Jean Roberts of Decatur, IN, and several nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by a sister Evelyn Harry, and brother Russel L. Roberts.

In keeping with her wishes, her body will be cremated. A private family service will be held on Friday, November 22nd, at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, Ohio.
