VAN WERT, Ohio - Terry Raymond Ward, 66, of Van Wert, died at 5:29 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, after an extended illness, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice in Van Wert.
He was born in October 1947, in Van Wert, the son of the late Arthur R. and Juanita H. (Wise) Ward.
He was a 1965 graduate of Crestview High School in Convoy and later worked at Teleflex Co. in Van Wert.
Survivors include a brother: Larry A. Ward of Albuquerque, N.M.; a half-sister: Patty K. Holtzapple of rural Convoy; a stepbrother: W. Rex Oswald of Los Osos, Calif., and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, half brother, Coy R. Ward, and stepmother, Sarah Kathrine (Imler) Oswald Ward.
Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Convoy.
There will be no visitation.
