Terry G. Warren, Jr., age 29, died Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at Van Wert County Hospital. He was born January 15, 1987, in Bluffton, Indiana, to Terry G. Warren, Sr., who survives in Van Wert, and Tina Warren, who preceded him in death.
He is also survived by his girlfriend, Sheila Raines of Van Wert; his children, Zander Kayne and Hayden Lee Warren of Van Wert; brother, Forrest (Charity Smith) Houseworth III of Van Wert; sisters, Elise A. Warren of Cleveland and Lacey N. Warren of Van Wert; uncles and aunts, Chris and Phyllis Michael, Doug and Leann Michael, all of Van Wert, Daryl and Anna Warren of Huntington Beach, California; and numerous cousins.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Trinity Hope Warren.
Terry repaired computers.
Private family services will be held.
