Tina M. Warren, 52, of Van Wert, died at 7:25 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016, at her residence. She was born June 10, 1963, in Van Wert, to Carmen (Lippi) and John Michael of Convoy, Ohio. Her grandmother is Lois Lippi of Convoy, Ohio.
She married Terry G. Warren, Sr. of Van Wert.
Survivors include children: Forrest (Charity Smith) Houseworth, III of Van Wert, Terry G. Warren, Jr. of Van Wert, Elise A. Warren of Cleveland, Ohio, and Lacey N. Warren of Van Wert; brothers: Christopher (Phyllis) Michael of Convoy and Douglas (LeeAnn) Michael of Convoy; a sister: Tamela (Douglas) Brown of Van Wert; and five grandchildren: Zander, Hayden, Rayven, Gavin, and Paige. Several aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Trinity.
She formerly worked at Cooper Foods, Van Wert.
Private family services will be held.
