Vickie Sargent

Vickie S. Sargent, 63, of Van Wert, passed away at 9:48 AM on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 03, 1957, in Fort Wayne, to the late Robert Hilton and Esther (Sheets) Hilton.

Vickie attended Crestview high school and married the love of her life, Kevin Sargent. Together, they shared many years of memories. She worked as a laminator at Thunderbird Products Corp in Decatur for 38 years.

Vickie was a very caring and loving wife and friend. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Kevin Sargent of Van Wert; son, Quentin Schwartz of Van Wert; mother, Esther Hilton of Fort Wayne; sister, Lisa (Mark) Perry of Fort Wayne; grandkids, Emily and Casidy Schwartz of Columbus; nephews, Nate, Ben and Alex Perry of Fort Wayne.

Funeral services will be private with interment in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
