OHIO CITY, Ohio a�" Wendy M. (Schisler) Ross, 45, of Ohio City, died at 10:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was born July 16, 1968, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Sharon (Book) Schisler and Ralph Schisler.
Survivors include children: Amanda L. (fiancAC.: Colby Black) Schisler and Kasey L. Schisler, both of Ohio City; half brother: Mike (Sarah) Zamarripa of Payne, Ohio; sisters: Laura L. (Brett) Adkins and Dawn R. Schisler, both of Paulding, Ohio, and grandchildren: Noah, Parker, Addison, Braxton, Kasyn and Fallon.
She was preceded in death by a son: Ryan L. Schisler.
She was a homemaker. Wendy was a very caring and loving person who gave more than she ever received.
Calling will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at Liberty Baptist Church, Van Wert. Private family graveside services will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Preferred memorial may be directed to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice or to the family.
