Wileta Fisher

VAN WERT, Ohio - Wileta R. Fisher, 84, Van Wert, died at 2:56 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born June 7, 1927, in Van Wert, to the late Marjorie (Shumaker) Anderson and Ralph Anderson. Her husband, Russell F. Fisher, died Feb. 3, 1999.
Survivors include a son: Mark (Darlene) Fisher of Van Wert; four grandchildren: Kevin Fisher, Laurie (Andy) Schultz, Valerie and Darren Riggs; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister: Sharon Sherman of New Jersey; one nephew: Bill (Jayne) Sherman of New Jersey, and two great-nephews and two great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by a niece: Debbie Wescott, and a sister: Bonita "Bonnie" Walls.
She worked at Federal-Mogul Corp. in Van Wert, Ohio, for over 25 years and was a member of the Lutheran denomination.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at Good Shepherd of the Nazarene Church, Van Wert. The Rev. Stuart Wyatt will officiate. Burial will be held at Ridge Cemetery, Middle Point, Ohio, at a later date.
Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
