William V. Lippi, "Bill," 77, of Van Wert passed away at 3:03 PM on November 26, 2019 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne..
Bill was born on March 26, 1942, in Van Wert, to the late Victor and Ida (Cofelt) Lippi. On November 11, 1963, he married the love of his life, Gloria Michael Together, they shared many years of memories. They were longtime members of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. He retired from Chrysler after many years.
Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most impotantly, he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved his family deeply.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Lippi; daughters: Shelly (Steve) Edwards and Kathy Lippi, all of Van Wert; brother, Robert (Carol) Lippi of Frankfort, IN; grandchildren: Cody and Kylye Lippi; Collin Lippi-Hudson, all of Van Wert; as well as great grandchildren: Aiden, Braden, Kasey, Aliana, Donta, Kayaira, Damien, Raiden and Luna Grace.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church with Father Stanley Szybka, celebrating.
The family will receive friends from 2 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, December 03, 2019 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home 722 S. Washington St. Van Wert, OH 45891.
